Our story began with a vision: to create a space rooted in respect for individuality and diversity — be it racial, physical, religious, and gender — where personal expression could flourish. This philosophy laid the foundation for a brand that values authenticity and human connection above all else.
What started as a barbershop quickly became more than just a destination for grooming. Through the skill and passion of our team, Underground attracted people seeking not only quality services but also genuine interactions. Clients came for haircuts, yet stayed for the atmosphere, the conversations, draft beer, a good coffee, and the sense of belonging that grew within those walls. This is the essence of Underground — a place where every individual can truly express themselves.
As this community spirit deepened, families began to join in, and new needs emerged. Responding to requests from clients’ wives, Underground expanded into beauty services — giving rise to UB. Together with the original Barbershop, this evolution formed UNDERGROUND ONE, an all-in-one concept that continues to embody creativity, inclusivity, and connection.
The name “Underground” reflects our connection to the earth, symbolizing a solid foundation and deep roots.
Throughout our journey, some talented professionals pursued new paths, while fresh faces joined our team, enhancing our collective brilliance. This evolution has led us to be recognized as the Best Personal Care Establishment in Orlando, a distinction we take immense pride in.

Mi hijo es un muy dificil de recortar porque ha tenido experiencias anteriores traumaticas y le da miedo que otras personas se acerquen a el. Rodrigo y Maria hicieron un trabajo excepcional, tuvieron mucha paciencia, tomaron su tiempo y se preocuparon porque mi hijo estuviese bien en todo momento. Dejaron que el jugara mientras el recortaba y pausaba cuando mi hijo se sentia incomodo.Gracias por tan buena experiencia!!
