AVOID IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR - they don't know what you looking for and DO NOT CARE to try... after repeatedly explaining and showing pictures, they got it all wrong. Had to have it redone the same day - see the photo - at a different place. I'm sure they will respond and say they will make it right... but I've called twice, sent 3 emails (per their request) in an attempt to make it right - but they could care less. Photo shows how uneven it was... and that haircutter said she would never bad-talk another... but once she saw it, she couldn't resist.

Saw Rogerio Xavier and man…he’s the best barber I have ever had. I’m white and he did my hair perfectly. I had him cut my hair once and it was amazing so I came back hoping for the same level of consistency and he really delievered! I won’t go anywhere else and I want have anyone else do it! Once you find someone who does a very good job and take care in what they do, you keep going to that person. Thank You Rogerio!

I forgot to get a haircut back home and walked into Underground Barber Shop hoping for a miracle. Ander delivered surgical precision instead. They were super accommodating and got me worked into the schedule, which already earned points. But the real win? The haircut and beard trim with a hot towel shave were top-tier. Ander cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, no guessing, no "trust me bro," just nailed it. Clean lines, great attention to detail, and an overall solid experience from start to finish. 100% would recommend his services over and over again. If you're in Orlando and need a legit barber, Ander's your guy.

Roger was an awesome barber! He was great with my son and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. My kid loved watching a movie during the haircut, sitting in the cool car chairs, and playing with the toys afterward. Everyone there was really nice and friendly.
